With the ACTSPARK SD1 model, EDM Hole Drilling now acts as a great compliment to the precision work we undertake at Techni-form . Also with the new Charmilles HD10 we can cater for most requirements. 

 

These production machines are designed for the drilling of parts such as carbide or treated steels.

 

There drilling capabilities range from 0.3mm to 3mm in diameter through a depth of 300mm.

DRILL & TAP REMOVAL SERVICE

Techni-form offers a removal service for the broken drills & taps. 

 

Why spend hours making tools or even worse, scrapping the component when we have the facility to remove them for you.
